Very bright and spacious apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen for six people, and access to a private terrace.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Once you have confirmed the reservation via the web site, you will receive an email where you will be required to pay 50% of the amount of your stay. The system used for the collection and
transfer of card data is completely safe (Paypal). The amount paid is refundable if you cancel according to the booking conditions. Once in the hotel, you will have to pay the outstanding 50% of
the amount in cash or by credit card.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Any changes or cancellations should be submitted in writing by e-mail taking effect on
the date the hotel receives the said cancellations.
Cancellation fees
If your booking is canceled or modified more than 30 days before the date of arrival,
no fee will be charged.
22 to 30 days before arrival – 30 %
15 to 21 days before arrival – 50 %
8 to 14 days before arrival – 75 %
If canceled or modified later or no show of the client the hotel will charge the entire stay.
