FIRST LEVEL
ROOMS: Nautilus - Nerea - Ciprea
The three suites on the first floor are double rooms and have a king-size bed (1.80m) or two single beds.
They have a window that faces the outside and are very comfortable.
The bedding is made of cotton, we have high-end mattresses and the bathroom has shampoo and soaps.
SPACES
We also have different common spaces designed so you can enjoy your time and feel at home.
Water
To relax after a walk through the mountains of the area, nothing better than a relaxing session in the garden under a beautiful avocado tree.
We also offer massage in the hotel rooms and ashtanga yoga classes on the second floor terrace.
Fire
To warm up in the cool Salentine nights, we have a cozy space suitable around the fire, where to share a moment of quiet, talk and rest surrounded by a garden full of flowers, climbing plants and magical hummingbirds.

Air
The breakfasts of the Caracola are served on the terrace under the pergola from 7am to 9am. Enjoy a 'slow' breakfast, to your liking, prepared at the moment with ecological, local and km 0 products.
We also prepare homemade pastries that are served in the evenings in the patio, ideal setting for a tea or a snack or a glass of wine before dinner.
SECOND LEVEL
THE APARTMENT
The apartment can be booked as a unit - suitable for families with children or a group of friends - but also as two separate rooms.
The apartment has a triple room with a king-size bed convertible into two single beds and a third single bed. The other room has a double bed (1.60m) and a private bathroom with bathtub included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in the dining and living room. This space includes also an additional sofa bed. The apartment has a private terrace, which is spacious and allows you to enjoy an outdoor space in complete privacy.
SPACES
As on the first floor, this level also has its own spaces, exclusively designed for your rest.
Terrace
The terrace is ideal to enjoy during the day or at night, having a coffee or taking advantage of the intimate space to read or relax.
Rooms
The two rooms are spacious and comfortable, with wood finishes, and a large window overlooking nature.
Living Room
The apartment has a living / dining room that includes a fully equipped kitchen, plus a comfortable sofa bed where two additional people can sleep.
